Effects & refund
Return the goods within 14 days. We refund all payments received (including standard delivery) within 14 days from your withdrawal notice, using the same payment method. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods back.
Return costs
The direct cost of returning the goods is at the customer’s expense, unless otherwise stated.
Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to made-to-order or personalised items.
