Buildexa was running twelve active sites — NORTHPEAK, MERIDIAN, ALTAVIA, HELIOSTRUCT, BLOKWERK and seven other teams — through a combination of four separate tools. RFIs in one software, budgets in another, safety in a third, reports in shared Excel sheets.
The brief was direct: "We want every site, team and euro to live in one single place." From planning to safety, from RFIs to RFPs — everything connected, everything updated in real time by whoever is in the field.

The architecture is modular: twelve native panels integrated into a single enterprise platform. The portfolio dashboard aggregates every site: $128.4M under management, 12 active projects, budget allocation across labour, materials, equipment and subcontractors. The CEO view and the foreman view show the same source of truth, at different granularity.
The site feed is the heart of the product — a live column telling what is happening right now: signed daily reports, reported incidents, approved RFIs, crews rescheduled by AI. Not a notification, a narrative thread. The PM doesn't ask for updates. He receives them. The aggregated safety index across thirty thousand workdays reached 98.2/100.
The platform went live in Q3 2024. The NORTHPEAK and MERIDIAN teams were the first to adopt it — in the first six weeks, time spent on weekly reports dropped by 70%. The aggregated safety index reached 98.2 out of 100 — 142 days without field incidents. The CPO wrote a two-line message: "Finally a tool that keeps up with the construction site."
