BeachOS starts from a simple observation: the beach is one of the last places where booking still happens over phone calls and sheets of paper. The platform turns it into a real-time interactive map — sunbeds, umbrellas, cabins, gazebos and VIP areas, every zone configurable to each resort's needs.
The manager controls occupancy, revenue and services from a single dashboard. The guest picks a spot on the map, adds extra services and pays online — from the website or a smartphone, in a few steps. Digital check-in and check-out, season passes, frictionless cancellations and changes.

The experience doesn't stop at booking. From the umbrella you order from the bar and restaurant, rent sports equipment, book events and excursions. Secure integrated payments, deposits and balances, automatic invoicing and receipts — every transaction flows into the resort's financial reports.
The manager dashboard closes the loop: real-time occupancy, revenue analytics, booking history, advanced KPIs and staff management. We are not digitising a process — we are redesigning the day at the beach, for those who run it and those who live it.
BeachOS is built to grow.
